UK SHIPPING

All DIGITS orders are processed and dispatched from the United Kingdom.

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and begin from the date your order is dispatched.

During product launches, promotional periods and other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information where tracking is available.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Any available free-shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website or at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping availability, rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price paid to DIGITS.

Customs processing may also cause delays outside of our control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is correct before placing an order.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the fulfilment or shipping process.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed.

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the delivery carrier.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can investigate.
